Accidental damage to plant and machinery from fork-lift truck operations is a common occurrence, and there is also the same problem with roller containers, trolleys, pallet trucks etc. Collision barriers can be used to protect shelving and wall mounted equipment such as instruments, switch cabinets, first aid equipment etc. Due to their low profile design they allow easy pedestrian access to protected areas.
